DESCRIPTION:We invite you all (not just those applying for summer programs) to join us as we hold our first mini-camp for the year. Our Junior Branch board members are working hard to plan a mix of educational activities and games. It is sure to be a great time! \n*If you are applying for a summer program (Village\, Youth Meeting\, Step Up\, or Fortnight) as a delegate\, leader\, or staff\, attendance at this mini-camp is mandatory. \n**Anyone applying for a leadership position (staff\, junior staff\, leader\, Junior Counselor\, Fortnight) must plan an activity (roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour long) that they will run with the participants of the mini-camp. The activity should be focused on one or more of our educational content areas and follow the experiential learning cycle (Do\, Reflect\, Generalize\, Apply). The activity will be with youth ages 9-18. If you would like any help or guidance on planning an activity\, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly help you.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. \n⭐RMC Circus⭐ (March 27-29\, 2020) \nEpworth Forest Conference Center\, 8531 E Epworth Forest Rd\, North Webster\, IN 46555 \nArrive Friday Around 6-7 PM \nPick up Sunday between 11:30-1 \n  \nWhat is Regional Mini-Camp (RMC)\, you may be wondering? \nRMC is a weekend-long camp for the Midwest Region chapters of CISV USA: Cincinnati\, Columbus\, Detroit\, Michigan City-Lakeshore\, Midwest Ohio\, and Northeast Ohio. (CISV USA has 6 total regions\, with each region hosting a mini-camp annually.) The Local Junior Representatives (LJRs) from each chapter get together and plan RMC each year. This camp is always a great time and an awesome way to meet fellow CISVers from the USA. Each year\, a different chapter in our region hosts RMC. This year\, Michigan City-Lakeshore (Indiana) will be hosting. Because it is a bit of a drive\, those that are attending coordinate a carpool with any chaperones that are also attending\, so please do not worry about how to get your child to RMC; we will help make sure that all who want to attend can attend! \nOkay\, so your child is interested in going and you want to know more and/or register them; here’s what you’ll need to do next. \nCheck out the Pre-Camp for RMC. The link for registration is in the Pre-Camp. But hurry! Registration will close on March 13! \nHere is a quick link for the forms also: RMC Forms If you have questions about which forms are needed\, please do not hesitate to ask! \n***One other request we have this year: please email the chapter once you have registered. This will help us coordinate carpooling and also let us know how many chaperones we will need to send from our chapter.
