The Local Leadership Trainer (LLT) is responsible for training all delegation leaders, junior counselors, seminar camp participants, youth meeting participants who are 16 years of age or older; planners, directors and staff of programs hosted by the chapter. Provide training to the board and Junior Branch advisors and officers. Ensure that trainees are also registered for National Leadership Training as required. A more thorough description of the position is available through on page 35 of the "Roles & Responsibilities At The Chapter Level" on CISV Central. Our chapter prefers to have 2 individuals in the role, and currently need 1 individual. Training is provided by CISV USA. Training for the chapter can be held at the convenience of the LLT and participants, and usually occur 1-2 times a year.
